REBETOPAREA at “Arts in the Armory”

Join REBETOPAREA on Friday evening of March 9th, 2018, at the Somerville Armory, 191 Highland Ave. Somerville, Massachusetts, for a concert of rebetika, spanning the decades of the 1920s Smyrna style, to the classic rebetiko era of the 1930s by Markos Vamvakaris, and on to the popular rebetiko era by Vasilis Tsitsanis. There will be dance music for the aficionados of rebetiko and folk tunes.
The Armory is an old Army facility converted into an Arts Center for the city of Somerville.
